· While it’s the norm for us to quote within minutes, no matter how complex the task we’ll aim to ensure you know all costs involved within 24 hours, and provide an accurate estimate of timescale for completion.
· We’re used to deadlines! Let us know when emergency jobs come up – we can help take away the stress when you have to produce last minute brochures for exhibitions or badging for that event that everyone forgot about!
· Working with your business more closely, we can learn your on-going print requirements and develop closer links that save you last minute panics and you allow easier cost and budget forecasting.
· If we design for you, you can expect to see a proof within 2/3 days; if you’ve supplied complete artwork, you’ll normally see a proof the same or next day. Both paper-based and PDF (portable document format) proofing can be used to for you to check your work using a format appropriate to your circumstances.
